Our group seeks to unravel how RNA processing is regulated across long transcripts and how this is modulated in different contexts, such as during cell differentiation and in human diseases. We use a combination of experimental and computational approaches, with a particular focus on direct RNA nanopore sequencing.
We are affiliated with the Department of Biochemistry and Functional Genomics and the Research Center on Aging in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Université de Sherbrooke.
